About MMA2
The Federal Government of Nigeria has embarked on a process of reforms in the aviation sector including, transferring the responsibility for the development, financing, management and operations of Nigerian airports to the private sector.

In 2003, Bi-Courtney Limited, was awarded the concession of the Federal Government of Nigeria to develop, finance, manage and operate the Lagos Airport Terminal 2 (and ancillary assets) under a Build-Operate-Transfer (‘BOT’) arrangement. This is the first major BOT project in Nigeria.
