Bi-Courtney Aviation Services Limited (BASL) the operator of MMA2 was established as a subsidiary of Bi-Courtney Limited in 2007. It was set up with the objective of managing the new Murtala Muhammed Airport Terminal 2 (MMA2). Bi-Courtney Aviation Services Limited will oversee operations and maintenance of MMA2 for thirty-six (36) years being the duration of concession agreement.

MMA2 handles about 75% of domestic flights in Lagos Nigeria and is home to most of Nigeria’s major domestic carriers including Aero Contractors, Air Nigeria, IRS Airlines, Chanchangi airlines and Dana Airlines.

As part of our social responsibility initiative, we partner with brands to promote activities that add value to targeted segments of the general public at the airport especially during festive period and National holidays.

Campaigns

Direct Marketing/Sales Promotion/Marketing Campaigncan be done at MMA2 as the terminal is a high traffic Zone. Twenty thousand passengers (departure and arrival) pass through MMA2 every day; this figure is usually on the increase at the weekend and during festive period. Brands may wish to attract more customers for their products by running campaigns for both existing and new products at MMA2.

Easter Children’s Excursion

The feast in the Christian calendar that celebrates the resurrection of Jesus Christ in Galilee is Easter. Christians all over the world look forward to this period as a lot of fun activities take place on Easter Monday at “Galilee”.

Bi-Courtney Aviation Services Limited (BASL) the operator of MMA2 takes children from three different motherless baby’s homes on a tour of MMA2 to celebrate Easter on Monday. The Excursion starts at 11.00 am prompt.

Children’s Day Career Talk

The career talk borders on the Aviation industry. The objective of the event is to get the children interested in Aviation by bringing in seasoned Aviation experts to educate them. There have been salient issues about the Aviation industry loosing professionals. It is therefore very essential to give the younger ones guidance when choosing their life careers especially as it concerns Aviation.

Christmas Costume Party

By the third quarter, many companies will start to make arrangements for Christmas activities. BASL also partner with brands at this season to create fun activities especially for children at this time of the year. The Theme of the event is usually Bi-Courtney Aviation Christmas Party. Brands sponsoring the event will also have the benefit of decorating the entire terminal for one month (December) if the brand is taking up exclusive sponsorshipor decorate an area of the terminal if the brand is taking up co-sponsorship.
